The Gateway Region was formed in March 1997 in order to consolidate all of the CED, Allen-Bradley, distributor locations into a single region.Subsequently the region was divided into the East and the West.

Since our inception in 1957, CED has focused on meeting our customers’ electrical requirements-ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME. Each of our locations operates as an autonomous profit center and is able to make the decisions necessary to serve their customer base.
